Project Overview
Stephen Gould, a leader in creative product and packaging solutions, faced a fragmented digital experience as sales agents created independent microsites for local offices—resulting in inconsistent messaging and weakened SEO performance. We reframed the challenge as a systems issue rather than a standalone redesign. By developing a structured intake process to gather standardized, location-specific content, we built the foundation for a unified approach. This informed a redesigned Contact experience that supports both Location-On and Location-Off contexts, consolidating information into a scalable framework that improves clarity, search visibility, and brand consistency. In parallel, we extended the system into a digital campaign, developing and A/B testing both static and motion ads to optimize performance across channels.
